Rhea does not send promotional email, SMS or marketing push notifications in its initial release in Türkiye, the United Kingdom and the United States. We therefore do not request commercial-marketing consent during registration and do not create a marketing-consent record.

Account-security messages, email one-time login codes, purchase/subscription status, a support request opened by the user, important service changes and routine reminders specifically enabled by the user are not marketing. They are sent only to provide a requested service, protect the account or meet a legal obligation. Operating-system notification permission is not marketing consent.

If Rhea introduces marketing communications later, before sending them we will:

• offer a clear, optional and default-off choice for every channel used;
• complete any IYS or equivalent registration and transfer requirements in the

relevant country;

• record the consent text, version, channel, time and withdrawal evidence;
• provide a free and easy unsubscribe route; and
• issue a new version of this page and the Privacy Notice.
