# Optional Marketing Communication Consent

This consent is separate from the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice. It is optional, unchecked by default, and refusing or withdrawing it does not prevent account creation, ordinary use, purchases already made, security messages, transaction receipts, material service notices or routine reminders you request.

## Consent statement

If I select one or more channels below and press the confirmation control, I consent to **Rhea Skin Routine AI** sending me personalized or non-personalized commercial communications about Rhea features, content, Premium plans, offers, surveys, events, partnerships and product news through only the selected channels:

- [ ] SMS/text message
- [ ] Marketing push notifications

I understand that:

- message frequency is not fixed and normal carrier/data charges may apply;
- Rhea may use authorized communication processors only to prepare, deliver, secure and measure these messages;
- marketing selection and evidence (channel, text/version, locale, source, date/time and withdrawal) will be processed as described in the Privacy Notice;
- selecting marketing push does not itself grant OS notification permission, and granting OS permission does not itself constitute marketing consent;
- my data will not be sold to third parties for their own marketing;
- I can withdraw any channel at any time in Rhea's communication settings, through an unsubscribe/rejection mechanism in the message, by contacting `rhea@rheaskin.com`, and—where applicable in Türkiye—through the Message Management System (İYS);
- withdrawal takes effect without charge within the applicable legal period and does not affect processing lawfully performed before withdrawal;
- service, account-security, purchase and user-requested routine messages are not marketing and are controlled separately.

## Evidence and user interface requirements

The production interface must:

1. show this text or an immediately accessible version before confirmation;
2. provide separate channel controls and no preselected choice;
3. record only explicitly selected channels with the immutable version and locale;
4. offer an equally clear withdrawal route and preserve proof of withdrawal;
5. never use a bundled “accept all legal and marketing” checkbox;
6. suppress marketing after withdrawal across Rhea and its processors within the legally required period;
7. identify the sender and provide a working rejection/unsubscribe method in each marketing message.
