You can start permanent account deletion in the Rhea app or request it by email if you cannot access the app.

Delete in the app

1. Open My account, then Privacy & data.
2. Select Delete account and complete the recent sign-in check.
3. Review the consequences and confirm the deletion request.

Request deletion without app access

Email us from the address used for your Rhea account. Use the subject “Rhea account deletion request”. We will verify account control before accepting the request.

What happens next

• The account is restricted when the server accepts the request and the app signs out.
• You may cancel the request during the seven-day safety window by contacting support and completing identity verification.
• After that window, Rhea deletes the authentication identity, profile, routines, inventory, structured analysis results, support content, device/push identifiers and other account data through its deletion workflow.
• Deletion is targeted for completion within 30 days. Encrypted backups expire within their bounded retention cycle.
• Minimal pseudonymous security, consent, audit and subscription/payment evidence may be retained only where required for fraud prevention, legal claims, accounting or store reconciliation.

Deleting Rhea does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in the store account that purchased it.

Rhea hesabınızda kullandığınız e-posta adresinden “Rhea hesap silme talebi” konusuyla bize yazın. Talebi kabul etmeden önce hesap kontrolünü doğrularız.

Sonrasında ne olur?

• Sunucu talebi kabul ettiğinde hesap kısıtlanır ve uygulamadaki oturum kapatılır.
• Yedi günlük güvenlik süresinde destekle iletişim kurup kimlik doğrulamasını tamamlayarak talebi iptal edebilirsiniz.
• Bu süreden sonra kimlik doğrulama hesabı, profil, rutin, ürün envanteri, yapılandırılmış analiz sonuçları, destek içeriği, cihaz/push kimlikleri ve diğer hesap verileri silme iş akışıyla kaldırılır.
• Silmenin 30 gün içinde tamamlanması hedeflenir. Şifreli yedekler sınırlı saklama döngüsünde sona erer.
• Asgari takma adlı güvenlik, rıza, denetim ve abonelik/ödeme kanıtı yalnız hile önleme, hukuki talep, muhasebe veya mağaza uzlaştırması gerektirdiği ölçüde saklanabilir.

Rhea hesabını silmek Apple App Store veya Google Play aboneliğini iptal etmez. Aboneliği satın alan mağaza hesabından ayrıca iptal edin.
